    •    Domestic Travel: $75 per person
    •    International Travel: $150 per person
    •    Group Travel over 10: $50 per person

        •    Travel package costs (flights, hotels, cruises, excursions) must be paid according to the supplier’s terms and deadlines.
        •    Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or approved payment plan options.

        •    After your service fee is processed, you will receive:

    ✔️ Supplier quotes and payment instructions

  1. Cancellations & Refunds
        •    Service fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise involved in planning your trip.
        •    Refunds for airfare, hotel, or cruise bookings depend on the supplier’s cancellation policy. Please review their terms before finalizing payment.
        •    Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

Etravels Everywhere strongly encourages all clients to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. We can assist you in securing the best coverage for your trip.

Etravels Everywhere acts as an independent travel consultant and does not own or operate airlines, hotels, or tour companies. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or issues caused by suppliers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Changes to Your Itinerary
        •    Any requested changes after booking confirmation may incur additional fees.
        •    We will do our best to accommodate your changes, subject to supplier terms and availability.
